Care2Grow Consulting, LLC ("Company", "Consultant", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital education and consulting experiences. Because our products and services are primarily digital and downloadable in nature, our refund policy is designed to reflect industry standards and legal guidelines for online content providers in the United States.

By purchasing any product or service from Care2Grow Ltd., you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Payment and Refund Policy

   All prices are listed in USD ($). Payments are accepted via secure online processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

   • 1.1 Authorization of Charges

     Client hereby authorizes Care2Grow Consulting, LLC (“Consultant”) to charge the agreed-upon monthly amount commencing upon execution of this Agreement for a total of nine (9) consecutive months, and monthly thereafter, until the total of nine (9) monthly payments has been completed.

     If Client elects in writing to extend participation for an additional one (1) year Term, Client further authorizes Consultant to charge the agreed-upon monthly sum for an additional twelve (12) consecutive monthly payments.

     The monthly rate for any additional one-year term may be adjusted by Care2Grow Consulting, LLC at the conclusion of the original Term. Client expressly authorizes Consultant to process such payments for the renewed term at the then-current rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

     1.2 Pre-Payment and Credit Application

     If Client elects to make a pre-payment of the full contracted amount, such payment will be applied as a credit toward the total investment outlined in this Agreement.

     Pre-paid funds will be allocated across the designated program duration and applied monthly as services are rendered. Any pre-payment is made with the understanding that all program content, resources, and benefits are made available to the Client upon activation of the Agreement and that Client assumes full responsibility for participation and utilization of said services.

     1.3 Refunds and Cancellations

     All sales are final after seven (7) days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing by Care2Grow Consulting, LLC.

     If Client accesses or views more than fifteen percent (15%) of the online course, training portal, or digital materials associated with the Care2Grow Consulting program, Client waives all rights of rescission, chargeback, or cancellation, and the purchase shall be deemed fully earned and non-refundable.

     Partial participation or failure to engage with the program does not constitute grounds for cancellation, credit, or refund. Client understands and agrees that this is a professional consulting and educational engagement, and results are dependent upon Client’s participation, engagement, and implementation of strategies provided.

     1.4 Payment Method and Authorization

     Client authorizes Consultant to process all payments using the payment method provided on file, whether by credit card, ACH transfer, or other approved method. Client agrees to maintain a valid and current payment method for the duration of the Agreement.

     In the event of a failed transaction or declined payment, Consultant reserves the right to suspend access to all services, materials, and portals until the balance is satisfied. Client remains financially responsible for all agreed-upon payments during the contracted term.

     1.5 Renewal and Term Extension

     Should the Client and Consultant mutually agree to renew or extend the Agreement beyond the initial term, the renewal shall be subject to the then-current pricing and terms set forth by Care2Grow Consulting, LLC. Client hereby authorizes any such renewal charges to be processed automatically, unless written notice of termination is provided prior to renewal.

     1.6 Acknowledgment

     By executing this Agreement and/or by logging into the Care2Grow Consulting Online Training Portal, Client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of this Financial Policy, including the no-refund policy, the authorization of recurring payments, and the conditions under which pre-payment credits are applied.

     Chargebacks or payment disputes without communication will result in termination of access to all services and may result in legal action.

4. Accidental Purchases or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or made a duplicate purchase:

• We will investigate and issue a full refund if a billing error or duplicate charge is verified.
  

5. Refund Requests and Contact Procedure

To submit a refund request (within 7 days of purchase), please email:

Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.

6. Chargebacks and Dispute Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team violates the terms of this agreement.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to all Care2Grow Consulting, LLC products and services
  
• Pursue collection action for unpaid fees or unauthorized chargebacks
  
• Report fraudulent chargeback attempts to the relevant platforms and authorities
  

7. Policy Changes

Care2Grow Consulting, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
