Welcome to Care2Grow Consulting, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online education platform, programs, digital products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

  1. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use our content for commercial resale or redistribution
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Care2Grow Consulting, LLC
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our platform or systems
  • Copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission

You must be 18 years or older to access paid content unless otherwise authorised in writing by Care2Grow Consulting, LLC.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided through Care2Grow Consulting, LLC — including course content, templates, slide decks, videos, text, graphics, branding, and downloadable resources — are the intellectual property of Care2Grow Consulting, LLC or its licensors. They are protected by U.S. copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or republish content
  • Distribute or sublicense material
  • Claim ownership or attribution of content
  • Reverse-engineer any product or tool we provide

Personal, non-commercial use is permitted where explicitly stated.

  1. Payment and Refund Policy

All prices are listed in USD ($). Payments are accepted via secure online processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  • 4.1 Authorization of Charges

    Client hereby authorizes Care2Grow Consulting, LLC (“Consultant”) to charge the agreed-upon monthly amount commencing upon execution of this Agreement for a total of nine (9) consecutive months, and monthly thereafter, until the total of nine (9) monthly payments has been completed.

    If Client elects in writing to extend participation for an additional one (1) year Term, Client further authorizes Consultant to charge the agreed-upon monthly sum for an additional twelve (12) consecutive monthly payments.

    The monthly rate for any additional one-year term may be adjusted by Care2Grow Consulting, LLC at the conclusion of the original Term. Client expressly authorizes Consultant to process such payments for the renewed term at the then-current rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    4.2 Pre-Payment and Credit Application

    If Client elects to make a pre-payment of the full contracted amount, such payment will be applied as a credit toward the total investment outlined in this Agreement.

    Pre-paid funds will be allocated across the designated program duration and applied monthly as services are rendered. Any pre-payment is made with the understanding that all program content, resources, and benefits are made available to the Client upon activation of the Agreement and that Client assumes full responsibility for participation and utilization of said services.

    4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

    All sales are final after seven (7) days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing by Care2Grow Consulting, LLC.

    If Client accesses or views more than fifteen percent (15%) of the online course, training portal, or digital materials associated with the Care2Grow Consulting program, Client waives all rights of rescission, chargeback, or cancellation, and the purchase shall be deemed fully earned and non-refundable.

    Partial participation or failure to engage with the program does not constitute grounds for cancellation, credit, or refund. Client understands and agrees that this is a professional consulting and educational engagement, and results are dependent upon Client’s participation, engagement, and implementation of strategies provided.

    4.4 Payment Method and Authorization

    Client authorizes Consultant to process all payments using the payment method provided on file, whether by credit card, ACH transfer, or other approved method. Client agrees to maintain a valid and current payment method for the duration of the Agreement.

    In the event of a failed transaction or declined payment, Consultant reserves the right to suspend access to all services, materials, and portals until the balance is satisfied. Client remains financially responsible for all agreed-upon payments during the contracted term.

    4.5 Renewal and Term Extension

    Should the Client and Consultant mutually agree to renew or extend the Agreement beyond the initial term, the renewal shall be subject to the then-current pricing and terms set forth by Care2Grow Consulting, LLC. Client hereby authorizes any such renewal charges to be processed automatically, unless written notice of termination is provided prior to renewal.

    4.5 Acknowledgment

    By executing this Agreement and/or by logging into the Care2Grow Consulting Online Training Portal, Client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of this Financial Policy, including the no-refund policy, the authorization of recurring payments, and the conditions under which pre-payment credits are applied.

    Chargebacks or payment disputes without communication will result in termination of access to all services and may result in legal action.
  1. Account Creation and Security

To access specific services or products, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or breach of security.

Care2Grow Consulting, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

  1. Coaching and Consulting Disclaimer

Care2Grow Consulting, LLC offers education, training, and business consultancy services. While designed to improve practice leadership, communication, and growth, we do not guarantee financial, clinical, or professional outcomes. Results vary depending on implementation, market conditions, and individual commitment.

Our materials are not a substitute for:

  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Clinical decision-making
  • Mental health services

You agree that you are solely responsible for decisions and actions made based on information provided by Care2Grow Ltd.

  1. Medical Disclaimer

Care2Grow Consulting, LLC does not offer medical advice or treatment. Any references to health outcomes are for educational purposes only. Chiropractic-specific content is designed for qualified healthcare professionals and is not intended for patient diagnosis or treatment guidance without proper licensure.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Care2Grow Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Data loss, business interruption, or personal injury resulting from use of the Services
  • Technical issues beyond our control, including downtime or cyber-attacks

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product in question.

  1. User-Generated Content

Where applicable, you may post comments, testimonials, or forum responses. You agree not to post:

  • Anything false, defamatory, or offensive
  • Unauthorised use of another person’s intellectual property
  • Promotional or spam content

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful or unethical conduct.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
